For our Wooden Fire surrounds only solid timber is used in the manufacture of our wooden mantels hand made by Castfireplaces. They are hand finished in Antique Wax for our pine mantels and Teak Oil for our Oak mantels.
We also supply them unfinished for painting or finishing yourself.

We have concealed fixing brackets you can order with the surround they offer a simple hidden solution for attaching to the wall.
Designed primarily to be used with fireplace cast inserts or slip sets the mantels have an adjustable rebate of 1” or 3” if you remove the inner strip, for customer requiring no rebate add a not to the order form and we can get one done for you at no extra cost.
During busy Winter months we do try to work to a 2-week manufacturing time so allow 3 weeks including delivery if ordering made to measure items.
